13. MAIN FOCUS ON AMATEURS

The only entrants allowed to participate in this event are dancers of amateur status. An amateur is a person who does not earn his or her principal livelihood by performing. Amateurs who have on occasion been paid to appear as guest performers will not be regarded as professional.
