18. ACCOMMODATION
| Promoters guarantee to provide hotel/hostel accommodation (including breakfast) for the 2 persons of each couple/each dance formation member registered in competition under the patronage of IDSF (IDSF European Cup Formation Latin) and the Festival Main Sponzor Prize, as well as for all jurors, for a minimum of 2 days (respective competition day and day before). All other travelling companions are expected to make their own accommodation arrangements at their own expense. Participants who wish to prolong their visit by a few days beyond the above specified period as provided by the promoters, are also expected to pay for all additional accommodation. It is possible to book accommodation at about DM 50,- per person, per night through the Albis Culture Centre, by fax or e-mail. All reservations will be arranged at the same hotel with regard to its capacity limit. |
