in advance of their departure each participant’s, as
well as each jury member’s departure for Ústí nad
Labem each person concerned, i.e. juror and participant,
will receive a letter from the promoters informing them
of all applicable venues and hotel addresses, phone and
fax numbers, exact competition and rehearsal schedule,
details concerning particular competition registrations,
precise dates of every participant’s performance and
every jury member’s duties, local travel details, etc. At the same time, we would like to bring to your attention another event of the 31st International Dance Festival 2000, the international competition in couples’ standard dance for the Festival Main Sponsor Prize in which the international dance couples registered in the previously mentioned IDSF European Cup Formation Latin may take part. The organizers request each prospective participant to carefully study the above given information.
