9. VENUE

Since 1984, the event was held in the Physical Training Union centre of the United Chemical and Metallurgical Works ('Spolchemie') situated in a sports complex, beside an open-air football ground and the municipal baths and swimming-pools, close to the city centre and next door to the Jan Evangelista Purkyně University campus.
This year the festival venue will be moved into a modern suburban district called 'Severní Terasa' (Northern Terrace) to be held in the SKP Sever Sports Hall ('The North' Police Sports Club), next door to 'Prima' hypermarket, opposite to the hotel 'Máj' (full address: Stříbrnická 3131/9, 400 11 Ústí nad Labem, phone: ++420-47/532 25 10, 277 42 51).

The hall, with a seating capacity of 1000, is the home ground to one of the best boxing teams in the country, with facilities accommodating about 300 performers simultaneously. A estaurant offering a range of hot meals, besides non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, is in operation in the hall interior, as well as a number of various refreshment stalls.

All details concerning hotel accommodation, particular competitions, registration, dressing-room allocation, etc. to all participants will be available at the organizational and information bureau at the backstage.
